Anyhertz Drive operates a 3,000㎡ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with 4 automated SMT lines and 6 assembly lines. Our monthly production capacity exceeds 150,000 units.

Manufacturing Process:
  1. Raw Materials - Strict IQC inspection for all incoming components
  2. SMT/DIP - High-speed PCB assembly with AOI inspection
  3. Assembly - Automated unit integration with ESD protection
  4. Testing - 100% ATE automatic testing for every unit
  5. Aging - 24-72 hours full-load burn-in test
  6. Shipping - Final OQC and protective packaging
